Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time
At Lupus 9 Labs, we ensure that all products listed for sale are in stock and ready to ship. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please note, we do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.

In cases of high order volume, please allow additional time for order fulfillment. Should there be any significant delays in the processing or shipment of your order, we will promptly notify you via email.

Delivery Estimates
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Standard delivery typically takes between 3 to 5 business days. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that occasional delays may occur due to factors outside of our control.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active.
