Return Policy

We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we accept returns under the following conditions:

• Condition of Return: The item must be unused, undamaged, and include all original components.

• Return Timeframe: Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

• Non-refundable Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable as they were incurred to ship the product to you.

• Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover inspection and processing costs.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item. If needed, we can provide a return shipping label, with the cost deducted from your refund, along with the restocking fee.

• Return Request: All returns must be declared prior to mailing the item back. Please include a note with your order number inside the package so we can efficiently process your return.

• Exchanges/Upgrades: We do not offer exchanges or upgrades to newer product versions.

• Refund Denials: We reserve the right to refuse refunds based on the conditions outlined above.
