At Lupus 9 Labs, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. We accept returns under the following conditions:

Condition of Return
Items must be unused, undamaged, and include all original components.

Return Timeframe
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Refundable Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as they cover the cost to deliver the product to you.

Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover inspection and processing costs.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item. If needed, we can provide a return shipping label, with the cost deducted from your refund, along with the restocking fee.

Return Request
All returns must be declared before mailing the item. Please include a note with your order number inside the package so we can efficiently process your return.

Exchanges / Upgrades
We do not offer exchanges or upgrades to newer product versions.

Refund Denials
We reserve the right to refuse refunds based on the conditions outlined above.
