At Lupus 9 Labs, we design and manufacture precision-engineered killflashes, ARDs, jigs, and tools with one goal: to serve the end user with reliability, and intent. That same commitment extends beyond the point of purchase. We stand behind every product we make with our Limited Lifetime Warranty.

What’s Covered

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, as long as it is owned by the original purchaser. If your product fails under normal use due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair it, replace it, or provide store credit, at our discretion.

Note on Tools: Our CNC-machined tools are built for precision and durability. While normal wear from repeated, proper use is expected and not covered, any defects in machining, tolerances, or materials that affect performance will be covered under this warranty.

What’s Not Covered

We build our gear for real-world use, but our warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Cosmetic blemishes or surface scratches

• Misuse, abuse, or accidental damage

• Improper installation or modification

• Damage from solvents, exposure beyond intended environments, or firearm discharge

How to Make a Warranty Claim

1. Email customerservice@lupus9labs.com with the subject: Warranty Claim – [Order #]

2. Include:

   • A brief description of the issue

   • Clear photos of the product
     

3. We’ll respond within 2–3 business days with the next steps.
